This apartment in in a high rise in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago.

The project scope was to join two small units into one apartment on the 28th floor. The new apartmetn has views toward Lake Michigan and Lincoln Park. I focused primarily on the new unit.

I designed custom millwork for the kitchen, entry storage and bench, media cabinet, bedroom cubbies and bed which create the searation between bed area and circulation to walk in closet and bathroom. various built in shelving and bathroom cabinets.

The bathrooms feature handmade tile from Fireclay.

Bold colors were used throughout the apartment. The key to make these colors flow is to only usea few.
